It appears that the sacrifices during UB during the Millennium are going to be slightly different, with the seven lambs being replaced by seven rams. And a bull is offered on the 14th day for a sin offering for all the people, plus a kid for a sin offering as well. Then follows the numbers which differ from the Numbers 28:16-24 original Torah offerings…

Granted, from the viewpoint of Jews and 8-dayers (the 15th being the first day), then the bull would be the only sacrifice on the 14th. Notwithstanding, we will see clearly which day is the first day of unleavened bread when we get to Dt 16:4.

On this same topic of the sacrifices during the days of UB, in Nu 28:…we have a seeming anomaly:

Num 28:19  But you shall offer an offering made by fire for a burnt offering to the LORD: two young bulls, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year. They shall be to you without blemish.

Num 28:20  And their grain offering shall be of flour mixed with oil: three tenth parts you shall prepare for a bull, and two tenth parts for a ram.

Num 28:21  You shall prepare one tenth part for the one lamb, and for the seven lambs;

Num 28:22  And one goat, a sin offering to make an atonement for you.(AFV)

Notice this anomaly more clearly, in verse 21: “You shall prepare a tenth part for the one lamb”, … In verse 19, the sacrifices,…”two young bulls, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year.”…Notice this “ one lamb” stands apart from the seven lambs of the first year, yet it requires the same mixture as the other seven lambs.…It is NOT the ram, which requires “two tenths parts” of flour and oil mixture. We can assume that the seven lambs of the first year are for each of the seven days…BUT, this ONE LAMB sticks out like a sore thumb. Could this be the Passover lamb, which was to be sacrificed by each head of household (even the Levites and high priest) in the evening, “between the evenings” at the beginning of the Passover, beginning of the 14? It seems that this is the only place this “one lamb” fits. And given the context of the numbers of each sacrifice in this passage, this may be a reason that the Jews got off track during the Intertestamental period, assuming that these were all to be done by the priests, EXCLUDING the ONE LAMB, which was to be done by every head of household during the night portion of the 14th (See Exo 12:6).

I don’t know for sure, but this seems to be the most likely in this context.

So, using the more literal translations, we see that this “the one lamb” is included amongst the sacrifices required and listed in Numbers 28 and 29.
