How long were the Israelites in Egypt? And why does it matter?
I hear pastors occasionally mis-state the fact that the Israelites spent 430 years as slaves in Egypt…but this statement is incorrect. After watching the above videos, it become clear that they only spent maybe 215 or so years in Egypt, and potentially less than 145 years in bondage.
And I have an outside-the-box theory …
